Custom orders that exceed the standard size, effecting the proportions of the piece or require reformatting of woven patterning will have a custom fee added to the total purchase price.
For local delivery in New York City, we offer an in-house packing and delivery service for a flat rate of $250. For local deliveries that require a COI to enter the residence we can offer lobby or common area hand delivery. All other domestic orders are shipped via a trusted white glove service unless otherwise arranged. Please contact email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you with a custom shipping quote for your order.We are also happy to work with your preferred shipper to have the piece unwrapped and ready to be picked up at our studio in Brooklyn. If we ship the piece ourselves or with one of our trusted shipping partners, all orders will be insured at full cost. If installation is required on your order, we will provide detailed instructions on how to do so. Some professional equipment will be needed and we recommend having a local professional complete the installation process.
Sales and Taxes
All applicable taxes will be added to specified price and paid by the Buyer. Upon receipt of a resale certificate, the Buyer will be exempt from sales tax. All orders being shipped outside of New York State will be exempt from sales tax.
Payments and Lead Time
Seller requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of total purchase price. Lead times begin with receipt of deposit. Orders will ship when invoice is paid in full. For all orders completed and not approved for release within two weeks of estimated completion date, a $250/ week storage-fee will apply. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
All items are handmade to order — our current lead times are 12-14 weeks. Rush service is available for a fee on certain pieces when our production schedule allows.
All works are handmade, please allow for slight variations in weaving and wood grain. Detailed care instructions are available in our FAQs or upon request. Please inspect items upon delivery in case of any issues and email us within one week of receiving the piece with detailed photographs so we can review your case. A detailed description of our warranty is available upon request.
Customers Own Materials (COM)
Production will not begin on any products requiring any type of material by the Buyer until all the materials for the Product ordered have arrived. Seller shall not be responsible for any markings on materials that may be visible on upholstered goods or other products. No excess or off-cut fabrics will be returned to the Buyer.
